It is possible to have your name listed on the provisionally list of people interested in a course or trip, without any engagement. To confirm a reservation we ask a down-payment. On the moment we receive the copy of the credit-transfer in an email we will confirm your reservation.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before the first day of the course/tour, unless differently agreed. The payment can be made by bank draft or by credit card. The additional charge for payments by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) is 4%. If the payment is made by bank draft, we will ask you to send a copy of the payment in an email. If you book less than 8 weeks before, we will ask you to pay the total amount with the booking. Once we have received the copy of the payment in an email, we will confirm your booking by email or fax.

If we don't receive the balance payment when due (normally eight weeks before the first day of the course/tour), we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for the cancellation charges shown below. If we are unable to accept your booking we shall return your full payment (deposit and saldo payment).

Cancellation by Terra D'Arte
Terra D'Arte retains the right to cancel the course until 42 days before the first day of the course if there are unsufficient participants. In that case we will contact the participants that have already booked as soon as possible, and all payments will be refunded.

Cancellation by participant
Please let us know as soon as possible if you unexpectedly need to cancel your reservation. In case we find another person that can participate in your place we will refund your payment. Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied:

• If you cancel within 42 days before the check-in date 30% of the total amount is due.
• If you cancel within 28 days before the check-in date 60% of the total amount is due.
• If you cancel from 28 days - 1 day before the check-in date 90% of the total amount is due.
• If you cancel 1 day before the check-in date or on the day of arrival 100% of the total amount is due.
