Taste of Marche A balance between cuisine and discovery of the territory

• 4 full-day excursions (local markets, villages, art towns, museums, monuments, exhibitions).

Italian Language Holiday

Price includes:

• 1 week's accommodation with breakfasts at the Caravanserraglio Countryhouse in Le Marche, Italy
• Four hours language lessons per day at the Dante School Camerino, every lesson is 60 minutes, from Monday to Friday from 9 Am tot 1 PM.
• Lively conversationlessons during the afternoons and evenings.
• 5 excursions with lunch (art towns, medieval villages, open markets)
• 8 Meals & Wine at the Caravanserraglio restaurant.
• 5 Lunches & Wine during the excursions
• all land travel in Italy included in the itinerary by private air-conditioned 8 person coach

Truffle Therapy (Tuber Magnatum Pico) Every day cooking classes, running after truffle dogs, a complete immersion in autumn and its products: truffles

• 1 week's accommodation with breakfasts
• 6 cooking classes
• 3 truffle huntings
• 3 half-day excursions Guided tours (art towns, medieval villages, open markets)
• Visits to local wine cellars with wine tastings
• Visit to local pecorino cheesemakers. Demonstration of the making of mozzarella cheese, ricotta and pecorino cheeses.
• A series of lively and informative background lectures on the Italian kitchen and Italian wines.
• 6 lunches & wine and 7 dinners & wine
• At the end of the Cooking Holiday participants get a cd with the recipes and the pictures made during the holiday course. Next to that participants receive a gift box with: truffles, truffle knife, package of Vialone Nano Risotto Rice and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for prepairing a nice truffle dinner yourself for your friends when you are back home.

Dolce Course, This is a soft approach, just two cooking classes in a week and plenty of time to enjoy the pool and vacation

It is possible to have your name listed on the provisionally list of people interested in a course or trip, without any engagement. To confirm a reservation we ask a down-payment. On the moment we receive the copy of the credit-transfer in an email we will confirm your reservation.

The balance is payable 4 weeks before the first day of the course/tour, unless differently agreed. The payment can be made by bank draft or by credit card. Once we have received the payment, we will confirm your booking by email.

If we don't receive the balance payment when due (normally four weeks before the first day of the course/tour), we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will be liable for the cancellation charges shown below.

Cancellation by participant
Please let us know as soon as possible if you unexpectedly need to cancel your reservation. In case we find another person that can participate in your place we will refund your payment. Otherwise the following cancellation policies will be applied:

• If you cancel within 28 days before the check-in date 30% of the total amount is due.
• If you cancel within 14 days before the check-in date 50% of the total amount is due.
• If you cancel 1 day before the check-in date or on the day of arrival 100% of the total amount is due.
